**Shipping Policy**

**1. Order Processing Times:**

   **Premade Orders:** All premade items will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. We strive to ensure prompt handling of your orders to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

   **Made-to-Order Items:** For items that are custom-made or made-to-order, please allow a minimum of 7 business days for production before shipping. This time frame allows us to ensure that each item meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**2. Pickup Orders:**

   **Pickup Notification:** If you choose to pick up your order in-store, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. 

   **Pickup Window:** Pickup orders will be held at our location for a maximum of 10 days from the date you are notified. 

   **Unclaimed Orders:** If an order is not picked up by the end of the 10-day period, it will be restocked and made available for sale again. This policy helps us manage inventory and prevent clutter.

**3. General Shipping Information:**

   - **Shipping Methods:** We offer various shipping options. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
   - **Shipping Rates:** Rates are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Exact shipping costs will be provided during checkout.
   - **Tracking:** Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
